This Site Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of www.fdcfilms.com (“Site”) owned
and operated by FDC Graphic Films, Inc. (“FDC”). By accessing or using the Site, you
agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Access and Use

6.2. FDC’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, to

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Indiana.
7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved
through good faith negotiations between the parties.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and FDC with respect
to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements
and understandings, whether written or oral.
8.2. This Agreement may not be amended except by a written instrument signed by both
parties.
