4010-S BLOCKOUT is based on the TURBOPRINT 4036 film. The film is thicker and therefore slightly less stretchy. It offers double protection with an additional blockout interlayer that resists even the worst discoloration from sublimation inks. The best solution for perfect long-term results.

4036 MATTE ADHESIVE is the benchmark in printable flex films. It’s equipped with its unique adhesive liner.

4037 UV is like 4036 MATTE ADHESIVE but specifically developed for UV-printers.

4046 NON-ADHESIVE facilitates production and transfer with a non-adhesive liner. It's also perfect with intricate designs. Simply reverse weed on POLI-TAPE® POLI-TACK 870 transfer tape.

4047 GLOSS NON-ADHESIVE is like 4046 NON-ADHESIVE but with a glossy finish.

HOW TO BUILD A PART NUMBER

0000-0000-000

THE FIRST SET OF CHARACTERS in our part numbers identifies the series of products by letters and determines the conversion process. Increasing the non-perforated product number by 50 identifies most perforated products.

THE SECOND SET OF CHARACTERS identifies the color by letters and/or numbers.

THE THIRD SET OF CHARACTERS identifies the material converted size. The first two numbers indicate the width, and the last two numbers indicate the length.
