BASE PAY: Commensurate with experience
LOCATION: Work remotely in a territory location (see “Territory” below). The main headquarters of the company is in South Bend, Indiana.


  • Northeast US & Canada East – or otherwise designated.
  • The candidate must be located in the territory. Primary states of responsibility include IL, IN, OH, WV, VA, PA, NY, ME and Eastern Canada.


  • Responsible for growing the business within the Northeastern territory via prospecting, cold calling and expanding the customer base.
  • Build upon existing account relationships to maximize new business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive activities and trends in the territory while assessing opportunities for business growth.
  • Secure meetings with potential and existing customers to target new and expanded product offerings.
  • Attend relevant industry events, trade shows and conferences to connect with customers, end-users and to strengthen knowledge base regarding the industry.
  • Provide market information and insights; create reports & recaps, forecasts, customer call planning, etc. as required by Sales leadership.
  • Manage travel and expense-related activities in accordance with annual budget.

  • Five or more years of sales experience with a minimum of three years in the field of sign and graphics industry or digital printing.
  • BS degree in business preferred.
  • Travel: 50-60%

  • Consistently follow up and use information to generate new business within the account.
  • Build a bottoms up sales plan and forecast accurately.

  • Strategic and efficient with customer call planning cycles across territory geographies and time zones.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge or experience with Salesforce or other CRM platform is desired.
