FDC Graphic Films, Inc. is pleased to announce that Kymberly Gundrum is the new Customer Care Supervisor.
Gundrum comes to us from Quality Dining, where she served as an Accounting Coordinator for the past year. Before that, she spent eight years as a Customer Service Representative at Shield Restraint Systems.
Gundrum holds degrees in business administration and sales management and brings extensive experience in customer service and sales. In her recent role, she worked closely with the RV industry in Elkhart, Indiana, managing over 300 accounts both domestically and internationally. Her favorite aspect of customer service has been visiting customers and building strong, personal relationships, which has positively impacted customer interactions.
Outside of work, Kym enjoys traveling, visiting new places, especially beaches, attending Notre Dame football games, and watching her grandsons’ travel baseball games. She also loves spending time outdoors in warm weather with her two German Shepherds.
