Four ‘Ambassador’ Awards in First Quarter

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (April 30, 2020) — FDC Graphic Films, Inc. recognized four valuable employees as a “Core Values Ambassador” in the first quarter of 2020 for exemplifying one or more of the company’s five core values.

FDC’s Core Values are believed to be the five most important values in the way the company employees live and work: integrity, kindness, resiliency, engagement, and drive for success.

“It is gratifying to see how this team cares. Often, taking a minute to help or encourage our work family members gets lost in our busy go-go environment,” said Chris Stoler, FDC president. “At FDC, our team goes that extra mile, in so many little ways. We believe this is what makes FDC a great place. I want to thank all of our nominees for their heart, and how they live out FDC’s Core Values.”

John Bowman, a production associate, was recognized for his engagement and drive for success. Mr. Bowman often starts his shifts early, stays late, and works on the weekends with no complaints. As well, he often lent a helping hand to his teammates by providing them a ride to work when needed.

Jason Crosslin, a production associate, was recognized for his kindness. Mr. Crosslin, a new father, brought in three boxes of cookies for his fellow second shift team members, even though he does not eat cookies himself!

Tiante Day, a samples and shipping clerk, was recognized for her engagement and kindness. Ms. Day noticed a co-worker from another department who needed help in shipping. She quickly and gladly stepped in to find out what her teammate needed and helped her solve her challenge even though Ms. Day had her tasks to complete for the shift.

Brittany Horvath, a customer service representative, was recognized for her engagement and kindness. Ms. Horvath noticed that her co-worker was about to be overwhelmed with matching orders and answering the phones late in their shift. She jumped in and stayed late to assist her teammate—on a Friday night.

Each employee received an FDC Core Values Ambassador award certificate signed by Mr. Stoler.

The FDC Work-Life team received a total of 20 nominations for this first round the 2020 Core Values Ambassador awards.
