As COVID-19 events rapidly unfold, I wanted to take a moment to share what FDC Graphic Films, Inc. is doing. We are taking steps to make sure we can continue to serve you and maintain the health and safety of our FDC family as our nation deals with this pandemic. We are actively monitoring and heeding advice from the CDC and local health officials. We will continue to adjust as needed. We are actively focused on the following:
Supply chain. FDC warehouses ample inventory of all products. We are experiencing a minimal disruption in our supply chain due to COVID-19. We recognize the situation is fluid and we are actively monitoring our supply chain for potential impacts. Should issues arise, we will promptly communicate to our customers. Updates will be posted to the FDC Sign Portal under “News Focus” on the home page.
While we are limiting visitors to our facilities, deliveries are still being conducted as usual.
Order fulfillment. Operations continue to run on time at our South Bend and Reno facilities. Should issues arise, we will communicate with you promptly.
Protecting our employees. FDC places a high priority on serving our customers and caring for our employee family. We have taken a number of precautionary steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees – e.g., we have:
· Suspended travel
· Limited access to facility visitors
· Instituted additional sanitization of office and machinery throughout the day
· Provided sanitization supplies and training to our employees
· Supporting remote working
· Revised our illness/leave policy
