Sign Vinyls

Sign films are opaque, translucent, transparent or reflective films and designed for computer cutting. Sign Vinyls are designed for applications of front and backlit signage, point of purchase graphics, exhibit display and vehicle graphics. These films come in a range of grades which exhibit varying levels of durability, flexibility, conformability, aesthetic and color appearance. Sign Vinyls are available in a variety of lengths, widths and punch patterns that make it easy to process these products on virtually all sign cutting equipment.

Generally opaque films fall in two categories, Premium and Intermediate. Premium films have longer durability, greater color stability and more conformability. Both cast and calendered films but films using PVC technology are included in the premium category. Intermediate films are generally calendered PVC films and generally exhibit less durability, less conformability then the Premium products. Both are offered in a large variety of colors. Cast PVC films are easier to color match and can be made in smaller batches that allow for lower minimum order quantities.

Premium
Premium sign vinyl products can be either cast or calendered PVC films that are excellent for vehicle graphics and long-term signage applications.

Intermediate
Intermediate films are generally calendered PVC films that are typically used as a cost alternative to Premium products and are used in applications that do not need the performance of a premium film.

Translucent
Translucent films, unlike transparent films, diffuse light as it passes through the film.

Reflective
Reflective films reflect light back in multiple directions to allow viewing from multiple angles.

Specialty
Specialty films include a range of products, including: Metallized, Paint Mask, Stencil & Paper Products, One Way Vision, Special Effects, Static Cling, Magnetic, transparent and Dry Erase.
