Judith Eck CEO, Board Chair Judy founded FDC Graphic Films, Inc. in 1988 along with her partner, Richard Rupsis. They built their firm on the three pillars of Service, Selection, and Reliability. Judy provides executive leadership and daily financial management for the company. Her active involvement in selling and key account management continues as it has since day one. With prior experience that includes managing the service operation of Digital Equipment, Inc., and providing logistics management for Joy Manufacturing, she brings a wealth of expertise to her corporate responsibilities. Outside the company, Judy is actively engaged in the South Bend, Indiana, community. Chris Stoler PRESIDENT Chris joined FDC in July 2016. Before joining the company, Chris served in other leadership roles at Northern Indiana companies. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of CTB, Inc. where he was responsible for the company's Chore-Time business unit. Prior to CTB, he was CEO of GMI Inc., a Plymouth-based packaging company that served the fast food packaging needs of large gloabl companies, including Pizza Hut and Little Caesars. George Marsh VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL MANAGER George has been with FDC since early 2006. He is responsible for daily operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and plant operations. His background encompasses more than 20 years of experience in the pressure-sensitive adhesives industry, 15 of those years specifically in graphic products. George has held leadership roles in sales and marketing as well as in general management with industry-leading companies Avery Dennison and MACtac.
